Linux audio enhancer beta testing

The Linux variant of SoundPimp is ready for beta testing and validation, and while SoundPimp behaves like normal on Linux, there is still a need to confirm that the Jack audio router can be used together with SoundPimp. Moreover, there is a need to specify setup and usage of Jack.

Using SoundFlower on Mac Lion OS X

The problem of achieving error free use of SoundPimp together with Jack osx and SoundFlower/SoundFlowerBed has been solved. A new version of SoundPimp is available here. It uses Jack in a configuration which grants very low latency, inter alias;  “lip sync” for film&video. It optionally includes SoundFlower in a well working configuation.
